Description
A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking a dynamic and data-driven CRM and Loyalty Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty. This role includes creating and managing customer segmentation programs, designing customer lifecycle initiatives, and automating customer journeys to enhance engagement across various digital channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Digital to monitor campaign performance, optimize multi-channel marketing efforts, and drive customer loyalty. Salary AED 10K
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in CRM and loyalty marketing
2. Proven expertise in customer segmentation and engagement strategies
3. Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
4. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
5. Ability to design and implement customer lifecycle programs and automated journeys
6. Experience in monitoring and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
9. A passion for data-driven marketing and achieving measurable results
10. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
Desirable
1. Familiarity with advanced data analytics and reporting tools
2. Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
3. Knowledge of emerging CRM technologies and trends
4. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Arabic
5. Experience in managing digital marketing channels and strategies
