Description

We are searching for an experienced B787 Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading a team of skilled maintenance engineers to ensure the highest standards of aircraft maintenance and safety. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Boeing 787 systems, including avionics, structural, and mechanical systems. This role requires thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance, industry certifications, and a history of implementing quality assurance protocols. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding technical evaluations, managing maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with stringent safety standards.

Requirements

1. Extensive experience in Boeing 787 maintenance

2. Boeing 787 EASA Part-66 or FAA A&P Certificate

3. Formal training in Boeing 787 avionics, structural, and mechanical systems

4. Proven ability to implement quality assurance protocols in aircraft maintenance

5. In-depth knowledge of Boeing compliance procedures

6. Experience in team leadership and technical supervision

Desirable

1. Experience in supporting test flights post-maintenance

2. Expertise in data logging and metric evaluation using Phoenix systems

3. Continuous professional development in aeronautical engineering
