We are seeking a highly skilled Lawful Intercept (LI) Engineer to join our dynamic team, working closely with the presales team to support client Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the capabilities of our products to clients, ensuring their requirements are met with precision and professionalism. This individual will be responsible for the technical aspects of the lawful intercept process, including the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of LI solutions in various operational environments. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs, tailoring product demonstrations to showcase our solutions' effectiveness, and providing comprehensive technical support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

1. Proven experience with lawful intercept technology and its application within telecommunication networks.

2. Solid understanding of network protocols (e.g., IP, TCP/UDP) and telecommunication standards (e.g., 3GPP, ETSI).

3. Experience with configuring and managing LI devices and systems.

4. Proficiency in supporting client POCs, including setup, demonstration, and technical troubleshooting.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Familiarity with encryption technologies and the legal framework surrounding lawful interception.

Desirable

1. Certification in networking or security (e.g., CCNA, CISSP).

2. Experience with cloud-based lawful intercept solutions and virtualization technologies.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
