Radio Planning Engineer

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience with RF planning tools and software (e.g., Atoll, Planet, or similar).
3. Solid understanding of mobile communication standards, particularly 5G NR.
4. Ability to analyze and interpret RF signal coverage and quality metrics.
5. Experience in working with GIS (Geographical Information Systems) for network planning.
Desirable
1. Certification in wireless communication technologies.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
