ATS Lead Developer
Description
We are seeking an experienced ATS Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our custom application tracking system (ATS), ensuring it meets our unique recruitment needs. You will play a crucial role in integrating our ATS with LinkedIn Recruiter Connect and automating job posting through API development. This role demands a hands-on approach in coding with NodeJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NextJS, as well as a strategic mindset for enhancing our recruitment processes through technology.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on NodeJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NextJS.
2. Proven track record in the development and implementation of application tracking systems.
3. Experience in integrating ATS with LinkedIn Recruiter Connect and other social media platforms.
4. Proficient in automating job posting processes through API development.
5. Understanding of database management and security best practices related to ATS systems.
6. Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain a scalable and efficient ATS.
Desirable
1. Experience with cloud technologies and services such as AWS or Azure.
2. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
