Marketing Specialist

Description

This role is responsible for marketing the Company brand in a way that builds brand equity. The candidate will need to develop and implement marketing plans, monitor progress, increase value proposition of the brand, ensure the development of effective advertising, promoting, and product innovation. Also, coordinate with Supply Chain and Sales for an accurate and reliable sales forecast, analyze KPI's, and determine consumer pricing strategies.

Requirements

1. University, minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s degree

2. Minimum 6 years FMCG marketing with blue chip firm

3. Language proficiency in English

4. Preferably language proficiency in Arabic

Desirable

1. Marketing or MBA Degree

2. Understanding of FMCG markets

3. Ability to develop new strategies and innovative solutions
