We are seeking a highly skilled HR Process Specialist for a 6-month extendable contract at our Lusail Office in Qatar. This pivotal role involves the strategic analysis and transformation of our HR processes to boost operational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience within our dynamic fintech environment. The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end mapping of all core HR functions, from recruitment to offboarding. You will be responsible for defining and monitoring SLAs/KPIs to drive continuous improvement. A key focus will be on identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digital transformation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement these changes. This position requires leveraging fintech tools like Bamboo HR and Odoo to design and implement automated workflows, ensuring all processes are scalable, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 6 years' experience in HR process analysis, improvement, or transformation.

2. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end process mapping and documentation for core HR functions.

3. Proven ability to define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

4. Deep understanding of HRIS platforms, with specific experience in Bamboo HR, Odoo, or equivalent systems.

5. Experience in translating business requirements into technical automation workflows.

6. Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

7. Ability to identify process bottlenecks and lead initiatives for simplification and automation.

8. Experience incorporating regulatory and compliance requirements into process design.

Desirable

1. Experience within a fintech or financial services environment.

2. Practical experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.

3. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

4. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.

5. Project management experience related to HR transformation.
