Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tibco Developer to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, support, and enhancement of our Tibco integration environment. You will develop and test Tibco code for key projects, ensuring timely and error-free delivery into the SIT environment. This position involves working on both high-level solution architecture and low-level implementation details, troubleshooting complex issues across a landscape of interconnected systems. You will collaborate with various teams to manage requirements, provide technical documentation, and support 3rd parties with connectivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Tibco suite, a DevOps mindset, and the ability to solve complex problems independently within a dynamic IT environment.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of hands-on Tibco development experience, including Tibco BPM, ActiveMatrix, and BusinessWorks.
2. Proven expertise in establishing and working within a DevOps culture using tools like GIT and Jenkins.
3. Strong working knowledge of Java, Unix, Shell Scripting, and Oracle SQL/PL-SQL.
4. Demonstrated experience with SSH/TLS certificates and network protocols such as SOAP, XML, HTTP, and HTTPS.
5. Advanced troubleshooting skills in complex IT solutions involving 10+ sub-systems.
6. Ability to operate at both a high-level solution architecture and low-level detail-oriented level.
7. Hands-on experience with integration gateways.
8. Proven experience in accurately estimating development efforts for projects.
Desirable
1. Proficiency in other development languages such as Python, Angular, C++, or PHP.
2. Solid understanding of core telecommunications concepts: CRM, Online Charging, billing flows, and provisioning.
3. Hands-on experience with mobile and enterprise test automation frameworks.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
5. A pro-active, independent working style with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
