Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect - HCM

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM) to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-wide HCM solutions. In this role, you will define the end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will be the principal authority for designing scalable solutions across all HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting. This position involves leading full lifecycle implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live, and developing key technical components. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals, provide expert guidance to project teams, and drive performance optimization. Your deep technical expertise and strategic vision will be crucial in building a robust, efficient, and future-proof HCM ecosystem.

Requirements

1. Over 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with deep expertise as a Solutions Architect.

2. Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, and Recruiting.

3. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex integration architectures using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.

4. Extensive hands-on experience with technical tools including HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

5. Proven ability to lead multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from design to deployment.

6. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security architecture, including role-based access control, data security, and segregation of duties.

7. Experience designing and configuring complex approval workflows using BPM.

8. Proficiency in data migration strategies and execution for large-scale HCM projects.

Desirable

1. Experience leading global rollouts and multi-country HCM implementations.

2. Knowledge of modern Oracle UX tools such as Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.

3. Official certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud modules or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

5. Proven ability to mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional technical teams.
