Asset Management Expert Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect

We are seeking a distinguished Asset Management Expert and Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect to spearhead our most complex ERP transformation programs. This strategic role is centered on defining the end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, with a specialized focus on Fixed Assets and holistic Asset Lifecycle Management. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, integrated solutions for asset-intensive industries, guaranteeing seamless connectivity with financial modules and third-party systems via Oracle Integration Cloud. The ideal candidate will masterfully guide all implementation phases, from requirement gathering to go-live, while optimizing business processes to align with global best practices. Your deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and technical components like BI Publisher and OTBI will be crucial for delivering superior reporting and data migration strategies. As a key thought leader, you will collaborate closely with executive business stakeholders and mentor technical teams to drive project success and operational excellence in a global landscape.

Requirements

1. Proven experience defining end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud with a specific focus on Asset Management.

2. Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payables, and Receivables.

3. Strong proficiency in designing and implementing scalable solutions for complete Asset Lifecycle Management.

4. Hands-on experience designing and building real-time integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other PaaS solutions.

5. Demonstrated ability in developing technical components such as HDL/HSDL loaders, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.

6. Experience leading at least one large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation program from requirement gathering through go-live.

7. In-depth understanding of asset capitalization, depreciation, maintenance, and retirement processes.

8. Expertise in complex data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.

Desirable

1. Experience with global rollouts in asset-intensive industries like real estate, aviation, or telecommunications.

2. Functional or technical knowledge of Oracle Maintenance Cloud and its integration with Supply Chain Management (SCM).

3. Active certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.

4. Active certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

5. Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
