We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Contract Analyst to join our dynamic Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of contract management, safeguarding the company's interests from signing to closure. You will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, focusing on post-award administration, compliance, and performance verification. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing all contractual matters, including managing claims, variation orders, and extension of time requests. A key part of your role will be to proactively identify and mitigate contract risks, negotiate terms, and resolve disputes effectively. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Sales, and Delivery to ensure all contractual agreements are aligned with business objectives. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in contract administration within the Telecom or ICT industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
1. 8+ years of experience in the Telecom & ICT industry, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Contracts Management role.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
3. Proven expertise in end-to-end contract lifecycle management, focusing on post-award administration and not procurement.
4. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Contract Administration, Claims, Dispute Resolution, and Change Management.
5. Demonstrated experience in managing Variation Orders, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and penalties.
6. Advanced skills in negotiating, drafting, and interpreting complex terms and conditions of contractual agreements.
7. Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual risks.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and verbal English.
Desirable
1. Knowledge of industry standards and processes such as FIDIC, IACCM, or NCMA.
2. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Legal, Pre-Sales, Bid Management, and Account Managers.
3. Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Law.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously in a fast-paced B2B environment.
5. Professional certifications in contract management.
