Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, E-Commerce & Distribution, this pivotal role will drive significant growth and enhance customer experience within our technology sales environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, managing our Shopify platforms, and leading a high-performing, cross-border team. This position requires a leader with strong commercial acumen to oversee everything from digital marketing and operational management to financial forecasting and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage deep market insights and a data-driven approach to ensure operational excellence and profitability. Requirements

1. Extensive senior-level experience in e-commerce management, specifically within a technology sales environment.

2. Proven track record of P&L management, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and driving revenue and margin growth.

3. Hands-on expertise with the Shopify platform and a comprehensive suite of e-commerce tools and technologies.

4. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.

5. Strong proficiency in omnichannel integration, user experience (UX) optimization, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

6. Experience in managing third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and fostering strategic partnerships.

7. Proven ability to lead, build, and mentor high-performing, geographically dispersed teams, including offshore resources.

8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and market analysis into actionable strategic initiatives.

Desirable

1. MBA or other advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Specific industry experience with PCs, consumer electronics, or mobile phones.

3. Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives within a dynamic business environment.

4. Expertise in digital merchandising and creating a compelling online customer journey.

5. Strong negotiation and influential communication skills.
