Description
We are seeking an expert Azure Cloud Architect to spearhead our enterprise-level cloud migration initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive, end-to-end Azure solutions, translating business needs into secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures. You will define robust migration strategies for on-premises workloads, establishing governance and security frameworks aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework. Your expertise will be crucial in designing landing zones, implementing high availability and disaster recovery plans, and leveraging Infrastructure as Code for automation. As a technical leader, you will guide migration teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all organizational standards, driving the successful adoption of cloud technologies across the organization.
Requirements
1. Proven experience designing and architecting large-scale Azure cloud solutions.
2. Deep expertise in developing and executing migration strategies for on-premises applications, databases, and infrastructure.
3. Demonstrated ability in designing Azure landing zones, including networking, identity, and security architecture.
4. Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
5. Hands-on experience with Azure migration tools such as Azure Migrate, Azure Database Migration Service, and Azure Site Recovery.
6. In-depth knowledge of implementing high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity solutions in Azure.
7. Experience implementing cloud governance, security, and compliance policies within an enterprise environment.
8. Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD automation for cloud deployments.
Desirable
1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
2. Experience with hybrid cloud environments and interconnectivity.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
4. Experience in technical leadership and mentoring cloud engineering teams.
5. Knowledge of cost management and optimization strategies in Azure.
