We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Contracts & Vendor Management Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of all contracts supporting a major digital platform, ensuring strict legal, financial, and operational compliance. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contractual agreements with government entities, technology partners, and service providers. A key part of your role will be to monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, proactively resolving any contractual issues or disputes. You will collaborate closely with internal legal, finance, and technical teams to align contracts with strategic objectives and mitigate commercial risks. This position requires maintaining precise contract documentation to support transparency and governance. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the continuous improvement of our contract management processes and ensuring the successful delivery of program milestones.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and closure.

2. Strong understanding and practical application of government procurement regulations and contract law.

3. Demonstrated ability to manage contracts within government entities or large-scale technology transformation programs.

4. Experience in monitoring and evaluating vendor performance against Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

5. Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.

6. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.

7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, procurement, and technical departments.

8. Proficiency in maintaining centralized contract repositories and ensuring audit-ready documentation.

Desirable

1. Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, IACCM) or a related legal/procurement discipline.

2. Hands-on experience with contract and document management software such as SharePoint or Confluence.

3. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau to monitor performance.

4. Experience managing multi-party contracts with technology vendors and public-sector stakeholders.

5. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes.
