Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead our most complex enterprise-level projects. In this strategic role, you will own the end-to-end solution architecture for our Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, covering modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing. You will be responsible for defining robust integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS components to ensure seamless data flow between Fusion and external systems. The ideal candidate will lead implementation and migration projects, from requirement gathering workshops to overseeing technical deliverables. You will serve as the primary architectural authority, guiding development teams and interfacing with key business and technical stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting impact assessments, ensuring governance, and validating security design across all solution layers. This position requires a seasoned expert who can ensure our SCM solutions are scalable, secure, and perfectly aligned with client objectives.
Requirements
1. Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.
2. Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
3. Extensive experience leading full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and migrations from legacy ERPs.
4. Proficiency in designing and developing custom extensions and workflows using Oracle PaaS components.
5. Strong command of REST/SOAP APIs for building complex integrations for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
6. Experience with data migration strategies, Functional Design Documents (FSD), and Technical Design Documents (TDD).
7. In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion security framework, including user roles and privileges design.
8. Skilled in using ATP DB and BI Publisher for custom reporting and data management.
Desirable
1. Official Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
2. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP solutions.
3. Demonstrated experience in large-scale, multi-country, and multi-entity implementations.
4. Familiarity with applying Agile and DevOps methodologies to ERP projects.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience acting as a primary client interface.
