Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager for IT/OT & Digital Twin Systems to spearhead the technological evolution of our large-scale sports and venue facilities. This leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and delivery of complex IT, OT, and ELV systems. You will define the architecture that enables seamless cross-system communication between platforms like BMS, CCTV, and IoT sensors. A key focus will be implementing a cutting-edge Digital Twin platform to drive operational intelligence, optimize asset management, and enhance overall facility performance. This position will act as the technical authority, ensuring our venues are at the forefront of smart technology by managing projects from conception to handover while upholding the highest standards of cybersecurity and safety.
Requirements
1. 10+ years of experience in IT/OT systems, ELV, or smart infrastructure environments.
2. Proven track record in designing and delivering complex, integrated ELV systems landscapes for large-scale venues (e.g., stadiums, airports).
3. Hands-on experience with the design, implementation, and operation of Digital Twin platforms for facility or infrastructure management.
4. Expertise in IT/OT convergence architecture, enabling interoperability between diverse systems.
5. In-depth knowledge of ELV systems including BMS, CCTV, Access Control, AV, PA, and IoT.
6. Proficiency in data integration using APIs, middleware, and developing unified visualization dashboards.
7. Strong understanding of both OT and IT cybersecurity principles and best practices.
8. Demonstrable experience with network architecture, including IP, VLANs, and industrial networks.
Desirable
1. Direct experience working within sports facilities, stadiums, or smart city projects.
2. Experience managing vendors, system integrators, and technical consultants.
3. Proven ability to develop and implement operational SOPs, SLAs, and performance KPIs for smart facilities.
4. Strong program and stakeholder management skills within a complex technical environment.
5. Experience providing technical input for RFPs, tenders, and vendor evaluations.
