Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Security Expert and Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the end-to-end security architecture for our Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environment. You will lead the security stream in large-scale transformation programs, designing robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data security policies, and ensuring compliance with critical standards like SOX and GDPR. This position requires deep expertise in Identity & Access Management, secure system integrations using OIC, and the ability to manage complex segregation of duties. You will collaborate closely with IT Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to align security strategy with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to technical and functional teams, drive security-related requirement gathering, blueprinting, and testing phases. Your leadership will be crucial in building a secure, compliant, and efficient Oracle Fusion landscape.
Requirements
1. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end security architecture for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
2. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security: Roles, Privileges, Data Security, and Approval Workflows.
3. Proven ability to design and implement complex Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) models.
4. Strong understanding and implementation experience with Identity Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
5. Hands-on experience designing and securing integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
6. Proficiency in creating audit trails and compliance reports using BI Publisher and other Oracle reporting tools.
7. Thorough knowledge of security compliance standards such as SOX and GDPR within an ERP context.
8. Experience leading the security workstream in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Desirable
1. Experience in global Oracle Fusion rollouts with complex, multi-country compliance requirements.
2. Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) and advanced Security Console functionalities.
3. Official certifications in Oracle Fusion Security.
4. Official certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), particularly in security.
5. Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading cross-functional security discussions.
