Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Process Specialist for a 6-month extendable contract based in our Lusail Office, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis, mapping, and optimization of our complete supplier lifecycle within a dynamic fintech environment. This role is pivotal in driving procurement process excellence, covering everything from supplier onboarding and risk assessment to contracting and offboarding. You will collaborate closely with procurement, legal, IT, and vendor management teams to define and implement critical SLAs and KPIs. A key aspect of this position involves identifying opportunities for process simplification, cost savings, and risk mitigation. You will develop detailed workflow and automation requirements, leveraging platforms like SAP Ariba, Icertis, and ERP solutions. This position requires a proactive individual ready to support governance frameworks, ensure audit readiness, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement process analysis and business process re-engineering.
2. Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end supplier lifecycle management (onboarding, risk assessment, contracting, offboarding).
3. Proficient in process mapping and documentation techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
4. Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba.
5. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems like Icertis.
6. Experience with ERP solutions such as Odoo or SAP S/4HANA.
7. Strong ability to define and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
8. Proven experience in defining workflow and automation requirements for procurement processes.
