Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)-HRO team. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates to successful onboarding. You will be instrumental in building a robust talent pipeline for both internal and client-facing positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This position requires a strategic thinker who can partner with marketing to enhance our employer brand and represent the organization at industry events. You will also be responsible for tracking key recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership, and ensuring all hiring practices comply with labor laws. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing our recruitment processes for maximum efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements
1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
2. Proven proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or SAP SuccessFactors.
3. In-depth knowledge of current labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards.
4. Demonstrated ability to source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
5. Experience in conducting various types of interviews and assessments (e.g., behavioral, competency-based).
6. Strong skills in data management, recruitment analytics, and preparing detailed performance reports.
7. Experience managing stakeholder relationships and providing clear communication throughout the hiring process.
8. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Desirable
1. Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD Level 3 or above.
3. Experience within a BPO or client-facing recruitment setting.
4. Direct experience in developing and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
5. Track record of improving recruitment processes and key metrics like Time-to-Fill and Quality of Hire.
