We are seeking a visionary Head of Enterprise Technology to join our executive leadership team and spearhead our technological evolution. This strategic role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide technology strategy, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives and digital transformation agenda. You will oversee all technology infrastructure, operations, and security, guaranteeing operational excellence and resilience. A key focus will be championing innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive a significant competitive advantage. This position requires a leader who can build and inspire a high-performing technology team, manage substantial budgets and vendor relationships, and effectively communicate complex technological concepts to all stakeholders. Your leadership will be crucial in future-proofing our digital capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous technological advancement.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Over 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
3. A minimum of 7 years in a senior or executive position driving enterprise-wide digital transformation.
4. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a forward-looking, enterprise-level technology strategy.
5. Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics to achieve business outcomes.
6. Expertise in establishing IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity strategy, and risk management protocols.
7. Strong experience in managing large technology budgets, demonstrating ROI, and negotiating major vendor contracts.
8. Experience leading enterprise architecture, systems integration, and overseeing large-scale IT/OT operations.
Desirable
1. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in Technology Management).
2. Experience establishing and running innovation labs or technology incubators.
3. Proven ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships with technology firms and startups.
4. Experience presenting technology strategy, performance, and risk to a board of directors.
5. Strong background in organizational change management related to technology adoption.
