We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to fostering positive employee relations. You will support performance management cycles, administer compensation and benefits, and coordinate learning and development initiatives. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be ensuring all HR practices align with Qatar Labor Law and company policies. This position reports to the HR Manager and is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong HR background to drive employee engagement and operational excellence within a thriving organization.

Requirements

1. 4–8 years of experience in a comprehensive HR operations role.

2. Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and its practical application.

3. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

4. Proficiency in using HRIS systems for data management and reporting.

5. Experience supporting performance management cycles, including appraisals and improvement plans.

6. Skilled in administering compensation, payroll data, and employee benefits.

7. Ability to handle employee relations issues and grievances with confidentiality.

8. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desirable

1. Professional HR certification such as CHRP, CHRM, or CIPD.

2. Experience working within the GCC region outside of Qatar.

3. Previous work experience in Telecom, IT, Engineering, Construction, or Services industries.

4. Experience in coordinating and implementing employee training and development programs.

5. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for HR reporting and analysis.
