This position requires you to address customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will also manage compliance, maintain accurate records, and contribute to operational excellence by meeting key performance indicators. Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, specifically within fintech, digital wallets, or banking.
3. Demonstrated experience in lead generation, cold calling, and scheduling client appointments.
4. Proven ability to conduct client onboarding, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
5. Essential bilingual communication skills for effective client engagement and support.
6. Experience in handling and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
7. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
8. Familiarity with compliance procedures and privacy regulations in the financial sector.
