Oracle Fusion Sol Architect - SCM

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Solution Architect specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise-level Oracle Fusion SCM solutions. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end architecture for core SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing. You will be responsible for defining robust integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other PaaS components to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion and external systems. This position involves leading implementation projects, conducting requirement workshops, and providing architectural governance to development teams. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring that the designed solutions are scalable, secure, and perfectly aligned with our strategic objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing technical deliverables, managing change requests, and validating security design across the entire SCM landscape.

Requirements

1. Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning.

2. Proven hands-on experience architecting and building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

3. Strong proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, ATP DB, and BI Publisher for reporting and data handling.

4. Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and migrations from legacy ERPs.

5. Experience designing and developing custom extensions and workflows using Oracle PaaS components.

6. In-depth knowledge of data migration strategies for large-scale ERP projects.

7. Expertise in the Oracle Fusion security framework, including user role and privilege design.

8. Ability to create and oversee comprehensive Functional and Technical Design Documents (FSD/TDD).

Desirable

1. Official Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certification.

2. Experience delivering complex solutions in a multi-country, multi-entity environment.

3. Over 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP architecture.

4. Familiarity with applying Agile and DevOps methodologies to ERP implementation projects.

5. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
