We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring the successful delivery and optimization. You will manage the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle, from preparing tailored proposals to overseeing project execution and ensuring timely issue resolution. Collaborating closely with internal technical, operational, and business teams, you will drive customer satisfaction by delivering solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. Your expertise in cloud platforms, stakeholder management, and project coordination will be crucial for maintaining transparency and fostering continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to helping customers achieve maximum value from our digital solutions.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 4–5 years of professional experience in customer success, solution delivery, or technical project coordination.

3. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, working with both internal cross-functional teams and external clients.

4. Solid understanding of cloud platforms and digital solutions, including key security and compliance controls (e.g., encryption, firewalls, SIEM).

5. Proven ability to prepare proposals and manage the delivery of bespoke customer solutions.

6. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.

8. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Power BI or advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and insights.

Desirable

1. Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.

2. Proficiency in Arabic.

3. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

4. Familiarity with smart city programs or large-scale technology initiatives.

5. Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
