Requirements
1. Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive E-commerce and omnichannel strategies.
2. Demonstrable experience with full P&L ownership for an E-commerce business unit.
3. Expertise in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
4. Strong proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data to drive strategic business decisions.
5. Extensive experience in website management, UX optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
6. Demonstrated ability in financial forecasting, budgeting, and managing an annual operating plan.
7. Track record of identifying new business opportunities and managing key vendor and partner relationships.
8. Significant leadership experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing E-commerce teams.
Desirable
1. An MBA or other advanced business degree.
2. Experience within the consumer electronics industry.
3. Proven success in negotiating and managing complex contracts with third-party vendors.
4. Experience launching new business verticals or services within an E-commerce framework.
