Business Development Officer/ Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to drive our sales of outsourcing and manpower services. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive market knowledge and sales acumen to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and expand our market presence. This senior role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure. You will be instrumental in developing strategic plans to capture new clients and verticals. A key part of this position also involves project coordination, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to project execution. You will handle the initial stages of manpower or outsourcing projects, demonstrating a strong capability in client management and operational oversight. Requirements

1. A minimum of 6 years of proven sales experience in the outsourcing or manpower industry.

2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.

3. In-depth knowledge of the outsourcing market, including current trends, key competitors, and pricing models.

4. Strong experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship management.

5. Proven ability to coordinate and manage the initial phases of complex manpower or outsourcing projects.

6. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.

7. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.

8. Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans for market expansion.

Desirable

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. An existing network of contacts within industries that heavily utilize outsourcing services.

3. Experience with RFP (Request for Proposal) and formal bidding processes.

4. Familiarity with labor laws and compliance related to manpower supply.
