Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the Project Management Office, providing essential support for a diverse portfolio of projects, including business-as-usual operations and dynamic sport event initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, meticulously tracking progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely completion. Your duties will include developing and maintaining PMO process workflows, managing all project documentation, and preparing insightful status reports for management. This position requires excellent communication and administrative skills to facilitate meetings, document minutes, and liaise effectively with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their analytical skills and project management tool proficiency to contribute to the successful delivery of our technology projects.
Requirements
1. 4+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or a similar role.
3. Mandatory bilingual proficiency (fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English).
4. Demonstrable experience in tracking project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and the full Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong data analysis skills with experience preparing management reports and status updates.
7. Experience in developing and maintaining project management process workflows, diagrams, and templates.
8. Solid understanding of project management principles and documentation management, including version control.
Desirable
1. Previous experience in a consulting environment with exposure to multiple clients.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
3. Experience supporting projects related to large-scale events, preferably in sports.
4. Strong executive administration skills, including scheduling and taking meeting minutes.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
