We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Service Assurance to serve as a subject matter expert dedicated to delivering a world-class customer experience for Ooredoo's high-value business clients. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the expert-level resolution of complex and high-impact technical incidents within a demanding, SLA-driven environment. You will conduct in-depth root cause analysis to devise permanent solutions and collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure swift issue resolution. A key focus will be on driving continuous service improvement by enhancing operational processes and contributing to our internal knowledge base. Your expertise will be vital in problem management, system enhancements, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. This position operates in a 24x7 environment, requiring flexibility for rotating shifts to uphold our commitment to uninterrupted customer support.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or an equivalent qualification.
2. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Level 3 or Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support roles.
3. Expert-level knowledge of Routing & Switching and core IP Networking protocols (IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).
4. Demonstrated experience with modern network technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, SSE, and network segmentation.
5. Hands-on experience with security solutions including firewalls and DDoS Protection.
6. Proficiency with network analysis tools, incident/event management platforms, and OSS/BSS systems.
7. Proven experience working within large-scale enterprise-grade or service provider networks.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills for comprehensive documentation.
Desirable
1. Valid CCIE certification in Routing & Switching or Service Provider tracks.
2. Experience interfacing directly with OEM technical assistance centers for product-related issue resolution.
3. Ability to propose, design, and implement system improvements and upgrades.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
5. Experience contributing to formal problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
