Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of professional work experience in IT network engineering.
3. Mandatory, current certifications in CCNA and CCNP.
4. Strong, hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRF, and MPLS.
5. Proven expertise in configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco products such as routers, switches, WLC, ISE, and DNA Center.
6. Proficiency with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools like SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and Wireshark.
7. Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying LAN, WLAN, WAN, and NAC architectures.
8. Experience providing Level 2/3 support for complex network issues.
Desirable
1. CCIE certification is a significant advantage.
2. Experience with network security implementation and policy management.
3. Prior experience working within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
4. Strong skills in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation.
5. Experience managing network infrastructure changes according to established management policies.
