You will work closely with the marketing team to craft strategies that align with our brand’s values and resonate with our target audience. Utilizing data-driven decision-making, you'll analyze campaign performance to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This role is pivotal in managing advertising budgets to deliver optimal results, staying abreast of industry trends, and producing actionable reports that promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

2. Strong analytical skills with expertise in interpreting campaign performance metrics and using tools like Google Analytics.

3. Experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing them for maximum ROI.

4. Knowledge of cross-platform and omnichannel marketing strategies.

5. Ability to produce comprehensive performance reports and make strategic recommendations.

6. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Desirable

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2. Knowledge of emerging digital advertising trends and tools.

3. Empathy and understanding of client-focused marketing approaches.
