We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to spearhead and optimize our Tadbeer (manpower services) operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will possess a solid track record in managing mass recruitment, workforce mobilization, and the end-to-end operational process within the Tadbeer or manpower outsourcing sector. This role demands a strategic leader capable of ensuring seamless coordination across various functions, including recruitment, documentation, mobilization, and client delivery. In addition to operational oversight, the ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and support organizational growth by driving efficiency and client satisfaction. Requirements

1. Proven experience in mass recruitment and workforce mobilization processes.

2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and compliance requirements.

3. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end operational management within Tadbeer or manpower outsourcing.

4. Proficiency in managing diverse teams and ensuring seamless coordination between functions.

5. Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies for efficiency and scalability.

6. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Desirable

1. Familiarity with technology solutions aiding recruitment and workforce mobilization.

2. Experience in managing operational budgets and resource planning.

3. Fluency in Arabic in addition to English.
