Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize comprehensive manpower operations. The role requires ensuring compliance with MOHRE, Tadbeer, and UAE labor laws while driving process improvements and embracing digital transformation. The COO will manage budgets, enhance financial performance, and achieve cost optimization. A key responsibility is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities, ensuring the seamless execution of business goals. Additionally, the COO will oversee recruitment, training, and performance management in operational teams, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in end-to-end manpower operations management.
2. Thorough knowledge of MOHRE, Tadbeer, and UAE labor laws.
3. Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
4. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial performance, and cost optimization.
5. Exceptional relationship management skills with clients, partners, and government entities.
6. Experience in talent management, including recruitment, training, and team performance oversight.
