Requirements

1. Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in blockchain or financial technology-focused organizations.

2. Strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention methodologies within the banking or finance sector.

3. Deep knowledge of the banking industry in the UAE, including regulatory and operational dynamics.

4. Ability to drive innovation by co-creating blockchain use cases in collaboration with banks and partners.

5. Exceptional skills in scaling technology-focused companies in the financial sector.

6. Expertise in leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals in tech-driven environments.

Desirable

1. Past experience launching or managing cross-border blockchain initiatives in the financial sector.
