About the role
We are seeking a high-caliber FP&A Manager to join the Group-level finance team of a leading enterprise client. This pivotal role operates at the apex of a major corporate group, offering direct exposure to executive decision-making and complex, multi-entity financial management. The successful candidate will drive group-wide financial planning, annual budgeting, and multi-year forecasting. A key focus will be overseeing rigorous operational expenditure (OPEX) control and managing complex financial consolidations across the entire corporate footprint. You will be responsible for synthesizing high-volume financial data into clear, concise board decks and performance summaries for executive leadership. This position requires building strong relationships with business heads and subsidiary leaders to align financial targets with overarching group objectives. Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience within a large group structure or complex enterprise.
- Qualified Accountant holding an active CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent credential.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in managing complex, multi-entity group financial consolidations.
- Proven track record in rigorous, large-scale budget management and OPEX control.
- Experience preparing and synthesizing financial data for executive-level presentations and board decks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) in a multi-subsidiary context.
- Proficiency with major ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan).
Desirable skills
- MBA or a Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience working within a publicly listed company.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in financial analysis related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Change management experience, such as leading a financial system implementation.
