Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of professional backend software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and the Express.js framework for building scalable APIs.
- Strong experience with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS.
- Proficiency in setting up and utilizing monitoring and logging tools, specifically Prometheus and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
- Experience with integrating Generative AI APIs or knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Codex.
Desirable skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation and best practices.
- Familiarity with other backend programming languages such as Python or Go.
- Experience with building real-time applications using WebSockets or similar technologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
