Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Proven track record of defining and launching successful enterprise-grade AI or SaaS products from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of the Generative AI landscape, including foundational models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude), techniques, and their business applications.
- Experience creating and managing product roadmaps, setting strategic direction, and defining product vision.
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering and data science teams.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing ethical AI frameworks and principles within the product development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Experience working directly with engineering, data science, UX, and compliance teams.
