About the role
We are seeking a visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic technology team in Abu Dhabi. In this executive role, you will define and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy, spearheading our transformation into an AI-first organization. Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, responsible for AI strategy and team management.
- Proven track record of successfully deploying scalable AI/ML models in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep expertise in modern AI domains, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and advanced predictive modeling.
- Strong proficiency in MLOps principles, including CI/CD for machine learning, model monitoring, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and AI services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to quantify and track the business impact and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning cross-functional teams and senior executives.
Desirable skills
- A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience working in the technology industry in the Middle East region.
- A strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate a clear link between AI implementation and commercial success.
- Published research in peer-reviewed AI conferences or journals.
- Experience establishing an AI Center of Excellence or a similar dedicated AI function.
