Senior Specialist - Tendering Management

MAIR Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Specialist – Tender Management to oversee and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of tendering activities within our Centralized Procurement Department. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager – Tendering, you will coordinate the preparation, issuance, evaluation, and finalization of tenders across the Group’s diverse business units. In this critical role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to establish clear tender requirements, technical specifications, and objective evaluation criteria. You will lead the preparation and review of comprehensive tender documents, including RFPs and ITTs, ensuring strict alignment with corporate procurement standards and applicable UAE regulations. Utilizing advanced ERP and e-tendering systems, you will maintain transparent, auditable records while also demonstrating the agility to manage manual workflows when necessary. Furthermore, you will facilitate tender evaluation committees, coordinate pre-bid meetings and vendor clarifications, and support post-tender negotiations to drive optimal commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities will also encompass evaluating supplier pre-qualifications, tracking key tender performance metrics and cycle times, and preparing detailed evaluation reports for senior management approval.
